Swati arrived in Dubai at a time when Downtown was still a blueprint and Palm Jumeirah was sand and ambition. Over the next twenty years, she worked through every cycle the market threw at her — the boom years, the corrections, the post-pandemic surge — building an understanding of this city that goes far deeper than square footage and price per foot.
That experience gave her something most agents don't have: the ability to read what a community will become, not just what it is today. When she advises a client, she's drawing on two decades of watching master plans unfold, watching developers deliver or disappoint, and watching values shift in ways that only become obvious in hindsight.
